GROWING YOUR BUSINESS AND REINFORCING CUSTOMER RELATIONS-
Pertti Vilenius, born 1964, have commercial/leadership education, more than 30 years of work experience, where approximately 20 years in different management level. I am entrepreneur-minded family man with wife and two children and living permanently in Vaasa Finland.
My commercial education and experience in contracting, my result-oriented personality that perfectly matches for customer service and particularly my skills for International business, are my strengths and environment where I enjoy working. I am used to use both Finnish and English as my work language. I can create long term, fruitful relationships in personal and company level and I am used to play a key role and be a link of information in horizontal and vertical directions in the organization.
I have experience in leading a spin-off company growing as an international, profitable success story in renewable energy. One became a leading component supplier in wind energy industry. On the other hand, I have also experience of the challenges that spin-off companies meet in entering to the market. I personally consider both experiences to be important factors and useful knowhow when growing business and strengthening customer relations needs to be achieved. In general, same rules apply with any size.
MY WAY OF OPERATING-
By personality I am tested to be an ESTJ-person. Meaning that my actions and decisions are based on analytics and rationality where I enjoy in planning and executing different projects. The down side can be possible frustration of non- performance if someone not committed for the team play. However from my person, I am an extrovert which is proven also by my social skills and interest in different cultures and people.
My operative and management methods are more leading, encouraging, delegating to use the best resources and skills to achieve set goals. I enjoy to operate in international environment that I am used to. I am a strong team player, able to adopt different technologies and methods and not scared of making first contacts or decisions. I am self-driven and used to travel around the world.
My experience in leading positions in industrial manufacturing, IoT system building (Quick Field Logistics, QFL environment) and executing building automation projects among other things, gives me a perfect view, profession and understanding of the requirements for the business process – the value chain for the whole product life cycle.
A FAMILY MAN AND ACTIVE IN FREE TIME-
I am married, my wife is a teacher of psychology. We have two sons; 17 and 12, both born in Vaasa where we are living in Kotiranta, three kilometers from Vaasa City center, twenty minutes from Vaasa airport and fifteen minutes from a ferry line to Sweden.
By my values, my family comes first and I try to be a solid man and stay behind my words. Together with my wife, I support my children in their education and hobbies (sports and boy scout) as much I can .
TRUST AND HONORABILITY
I was selected as a student member of school Council in age of 15.
I served my military service in Lappland, was selected and graduated of military management education in Reserve Officers school in Hamina. I am still active in Finnish national defense forces and Captain in reserve by my current rank.
From 2014 to 2017 I was a member of the board in Vaasan Sportin Juniorit, our local ice hockey team. It has more than 600 active kids and juniors mainly from our Ostrobothnia area.

Since March 2019 I joined the Hydrofoss ApS team, responsible of sales in Finland as an independent agent.
My task is to open markets for this new, innovative wastewater technology (WTS) that Hydrofoss has invented.
Hydrofoss has developed a vacuum evaporator with integrated ScaleGuard® daily maintenance-free cleaning system for maritime and land facilities.
The company is the only one in the world that can offer a vacuum evaporator that can convert salt water into fresh water without the use of chemicals.
This is made possible by ultrasound (the ScaleGuard® system).

I operate as a senior business advisor, opening revolutionary stated Atmospheric Water Generating business, where drinking water is collected from air humidity by condensation and using solar and wind power technology as a recourse of energy.
